Earth System Science is a graduate course that incorporates the development of Problem Based Learning (PBL) modules focused on the water cycle, the environmental stewardship of the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia’s watersheds. The year long course (2007-2008) is offered to Portsmouth City Public School teachers by Hampton University and funded by SCHEV.
Cami graduated from Old Dominion University in 2001 with a BS in Geology. She has been teaching Earth Science and Oceanography at Churchland High School for seven years.
