    Abstract: Dr. Rockwell will present about the WINTER project (Wintertime INvestigation of Transport, Emissions, and Reactivity https://www.eol.ucar.edu/field_projects/winter), funded by the National Science Foundation, and flying a C-130 aircraft out of NASA Langley between February 1 and March 15.
